Processing time and shipping time are different
Hacoo describes receiving time as the combination of processing time and shipping time. The page says processing normally takes 3–5 business days. A customer therefore should not interpret a carrier transit estimate as the entire time from payment to delivery.
The same page mentions a fastest shipping time of 5–7 workdays for express shipping. That statement should not be converted into a universal “arrives in 5–7 days” promise: processing, destination, availability, and real logistics conditions still matter.
Why an order can take longer
- Destination: the official page already shows substantially different ranges by region.
- Processing: an order must be prepared before the carrier leg begins.
- Split shipments: Hacoo says an order containing pre-order or back-order items may arrive in parts.
- Address problems: an incorrect address can interrupt or prevent delivery.
- Carrier and force-majeure delays: the official page says logistics delays can occur and specific dates are not guaranteed.
Do Hacoo estimates apply to every product route?
No automatic connection should be assumed. A product route may continue to a destination with its own purchasing, carrier, customs, and after-sales process. The relevant estimate is the one shown by the actual checkout and fulfilment provider.
Practical checks before payment
- Confirm the destination country and complete address.
- Read whether the listing is in stock, pre-order, or back-order.
- Separate processing time from carrier transit time.
- Save the order number and tracking details.
- Use official support if the tracking stops updating beyond the stated range.
After the parcel is sent
Track the parcel through the carrier information provided with the order. If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, the Hacoo shipping page instructs customers to report the issue to the carrier and contact customer support with further questions. Keep screenshots and the original delivery address available when asking for help.
